Allie Siroky, PhD, LP

Licensed Child and Adolescent Psychologist

she/her

My specialty and passion is providing high-quality, integrative therapy for children and teens (ages 2-18 years) with anxiety disorders.

I earned my PhD in School Psychology in 2019 from Michigan State University. My research throughout graduate school has focused on evaluating and sharing science-backed treatment for children with anxiety, specifically Selective Mutism (SM).

Throughout graduate school (2013-2018), I received direct clinical training and supervision from experts in treatment for SM and anxiety-related disorders through Thriving Minds Behavioral Health in Michigan. For five summers, I served as a counselor and, later, a classroom teacher at Thriving Minds Confident Kids Camp, an intensive treatment camp for children with SM.

Prior to moving to Minneapolis, I worked as a licensed clinical child and adolescent psychologist at Nationwide Children’s Hospital (2018-2025) in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, I offered psychological testing and outpatient psychotherapy services for children, teens, and their families with a broad range of presenting concerns including anxiety, ADHD, disruptive behaviors, learning disabilities, developmental delays, trauma- and stressor-related concerns, and everything in between. I am currently licensed to practice psychologist in Ohio (License #P.08066) and Minnesota (License #LP7159). I also have the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) through the PSYPACT Commission, which allows me to see families in 40 states.
